This hands-on session combines storytelling, therapeutic activities, and creative crafts to teach kids self-regulation techniques in a fun and supportive environment. Parents will also receive practical tips and tools to foster emotional growth at home.

• Learn a calming technique by creating their own glitter-filled “Calm Down Jar.”
