We understand that being a preschooler can be full of big emotions, and sometimes, those feelings can be overwhelming. Today, we're going on an exciting adventure together to learn all about tantrums and how to manage our emotions in healthy ways.
Objective:
The objective of our workshop is to help children aged 4-6 understand and regulate their emotions more effectively. Through fun and engaging activities, we aim to teach children strategies for handling tantrums, expressing their feelings in positive ways, and building empathy towards others.
Tantrums & Meltdowns (3rd June)
Participants will explore emotions, learn calming techniques, and discover ways to express feelings positively. Through interactive activities, they'll gain valuable tools to manage tantrums and meltdowns effectively, fostering emotional resilience and well-being.
Emotional Regulation (10th June)
Participants will learn to identify and regulate their emotions. Through storytelling, games, and creative expression, they'll develop valuable skills for understanding and managing their feelings in a positive and healthy way.
Social Skills Development (17th June)
Participants will engage in interactive games and activities to develop essential social skills. They'll learn to share, take turns, and make friends in a supportive and playful environment, fostering positive social interactions and connections.
Routines and Boundaries (24th June)
Participants will discover the importance of routines and boundaries through fun activities and games. They'll learn to follow schedules, respect rules, and develop independence, fostering a sense of security and confidence in navigating daily life.
